Deputies ask property owners to check cameras for missing Cherokee County man

BLACKSBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) – The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing person.

Deputies said Carlik Marquis Gill, 25, was last seen walking along Blacksburg Highway around 3:30 a.m. on Sept. 1.

Investigators have searched the area for Gill using drones and hunting dogs, but have not found him. They are now asking property owners in the area to check video cameras, outbuildings and barns for signs of Gill.

He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and 150 pounds.

Anyone with information on Gill’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
